Transitional Booties

I’m sure many of you are feeling like me and are so tired of winter! Between the cold, snow, and the occasional frozen roads in Pittsburgh, I’m ready for spring!

I found some really cute transitional booties that would be great to wear now and into the spring. I’m really a fan of suede booties (if there isn’t snow all over the ground) and booties with cute details.

Click here for some really cute options at all price points! I even found pre-owned options that are almost 75% off the original price!😊

Happy Friday-Eve from TDV❤️

Alright, I know I am guilty of saying I am ready for warmer weather. But I have to admit: I am going to miss the coziness of the winter months. In the Valentine’s Day Mood

Is anyone else really in the Valentine’s Day mood this week?? This past weekend, we made Kennedy’s Valentine’s Day box for school (if you saw our IG stories, you saw how obnoxiously amazing it is😁), put together all of her candy and bags, and made some final plans for our little family getaway this week!

I figured what better way to express my excitement, than wear my heart on my sleeve (literally)! I found the cutest “Lost in Love” sweatshirt on sale for only $13.99! I also found some other cute tops if you’re feeling festive this week!

Find my sweatshirt here! It’s only $13.99!

How cute is this blouse?! The hearts are so subtle, and this would be such a cute work to date night top. Find it here.

Chic Ski Wear

If you guys were following along on our IG stories and feed last weekend, you know I took a weekend trip to a ski resort with my mom and sister for our mom’s birthday! A weekend getaway was definitely needed, and we had such a fun time!

After I posted this picture and some videos, I got so many questions about my ski wear! I bought my outfit a few years ago from Athleta, and after searching, they don’t have these exact pieces anymore. But I found some chic and trendy options below for your next weekend on the slopes!!

Goggles: Similar here // Gloves: Similar here

How chic is this jacket?? It comes in black, olive and grey, and a few colors are on sale! Find it here!

This jacket might not look warm, but the Primaloft Eco insulation will keep you warm on the slopes all day! Find it here!

These are the cutest ski pants! They are made for medium and high impact workouts in cold weather, so even though they aren’t like the normal thick and bulky pants, you’ll still be warm all day. If you’re worried they won’t be warm enough, wear a pair of leggings underneath and you’ll be good to go! Find them here!

And they come in black here!

Happy Thursday from TDV!

Beauty Edit: R+R Mask by Summer Fridays

This weekend, my sister and I took our mom to a ski resort to celebrate her birthday! We obviously indulged in lots of food, cocktails and outdoor activities all weekend. We had the best time, but between the winter cold, alcohol and not much sleep, my skin wasn’t too happy with me!

So after some much needed R+R on the slopes and at the resort, my skin needed the R+R mask from Summer Fridays!

The R+R mask is a face mask and face oil in one, and it’s exactly what my dull and dry skin needed after this weekend. The ingredients, including ground wild rose powder, which buffs away dead skin cells, and natural oils, including argan, sesame, avocado and grape seed oil (among others), left my skin feeling polished and it looked noticeably brighter. You can follow this mask with a moisturizer. I used my L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cream, and my skin felt good as new! I’m definitely going to add this to my skincare routine, and alternate between this and the Fresh Sugar Face Polish on the days I exfoliate.

Work Style: Tory Burch Edit

Shirt: Tory Burch // Pants: Everlane

Business casual is my work style jam!! I like the “lady in charge” but “laid back” look. With that said, I love Tory Burch’s silk tops. They are EXTREMELY comfortable and don’t wrinkle easily. I also LOVE Everlane’s work pants. They are high rise and have a side zip. Again, very comfortable and easy to wash. I have them in almost every color.

Check out some of my favorite Tory Burch tops below!

Perfect Black Denim

I wrote a post earlier this week about the perfect pair of white denim, so I thought I’d also talk about my favorite black pair!

I generally don’t like to spend a lot of denim, and if I’m lusting after a particular pair of designer denim, I wait until it goes on sale. So when I tell you this black pair of GRLFRND denim is worth it, they’re DEFINITELY worth it!!

These jeans are high-waisted and are the perfect material. They suck in all the right places, but they are so comfortable. In my opinion, they’re perfect for women who are a little curvier on the bottom!

You can purchase them below from Net-a-Porter!

GRLFRND Denim High-Rise Skinny Jeans can be found here!

Long, Oversized Coats

Someone once said, “A coat is a first impression to make on someone.” I couldn’t agree more. I have an obsession with fall and winter coats. I love how it pulls together any outfit. Lately, I’ve been crushing on oversized coats for the winter. Not only does it keep your whole body warm, it leaves a lot of room for layering under. It also just looks fabulous! The Vince coat I am wearing in the picture is sold out. However, I linked some of my top picks for spring- light neutral pastels. (Anyone else excited for spring?!)

Also- Check out my white accessories linked in the picture!

Coat: Vince (sold out) // Bag: Rebecca Minkoff // Booties: Stuart Weitzman (Bella Hadid wore these boots… just saying…)
